- Gain hands-on experience with our Transportation and Customer Management Systems, mastering the tools that drive our business.
- Develop the skills to build a robust book of business through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management.
- Assist sales representatives by generating high-quality leads using advanced prospecting tools and techniques.
- Learn the art of pricing negotiation to create win-win solutions for clients and partners.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and carrier processes, with support from an Operations Specialist
- GED required
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
- Build and maintain relationships with people over the phone
- Self-motivated and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience welcome but not required -- we provide training!
